  • Easter Plans Anyone?

So, do any of you have Easter plans? What did you do last year?

okay I will answer my own question....

Last year we colored eggs outside on the kids table. I switched them all up into darker clothes, I set out bowls of the basic colors. I do have a photo of me holding like 2 dozen eggs! haha and green hands.

I made easter baskets and had them do a plastic egg hunt (real ones would be a mess for me!!) with the baskets the found filled with F U N under the tree.

I had my first offical easter egg hunt. Not that it was much of a hunt. I just tossed them around the back yard so they could fight for em'

okay sums mine up.... this year we will go to a public park for a hunt maybe. still not sure..... and u?????

    Re: Easter Plans Anyone?

We are going to the lake this weekend... Hopefully the weather will be nice and we can take the boat out. Hubbies has family that lives up there year round so they are cooking smoked ham & turkey and I will supply the sides.. so I am pretty sure I can make it Atkins friendly for me (or at least a few items for me to eat). My kids are too old for easter egg hunt unless its cascarones (confetti filled eggs) & but I bought them silly string to fight each other with... (11 and 21 yr old girls & oldest is bring future son with her so I bought him some too)... The older ones are getting some fold-up coolers stuffed with meat from local meat shop ~~ saves them LOTS of $$$ as well as some candy and 2 camping chairs and one personal gift each... Youngest is getting Littlest Pet Shop toys, Kite and Simpson movie to add to her collection and some candy as well.

    Poor hubby gets me
