hey all, a while back I created a sister board :

For a period it was used then people stopped using it.
The one thing I like about the board is the journal feature.

would anyone here use this board or the journals? That board is not to replace this one ... just as a wider net for all low carbs.
Also if people like the journals there I may consider trying to implement them here.
