    im so confused i saw bbc video atricle stating that on atkin diet you can eat as much fat and proteins as u want BUT low or NO NO NO CARB and u still loss weight ??

    is that true???
    and if its true eating all that calories how come we dont gain weight???

    I think it would be very helpful for you to read the book that explains this way of eating. Then you can get true facts and the answers to your questions.

      That article is sooooo not true. Read the book. It will explain how the Atkins WOL REALLY works. You can't eat whatever you want in regards to fats and proteins for one, and it's not a no carb plan, it's a low carb plan. It's avery healthy way of life. Read the book. Don't listen to the BBC.
