    Can anyone direct me towards the recipe site that used to be passed around quite often on here?

    It was written by a woman.... can't remember her name... that had lost weight on Atkins and tried different recipes and rated them.

    Also, if you have any good recipes that you've tried and loved, please post em here.

    Hi Mickkey. I think you're talking about Linda's Low Carb site: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home. There is also Low Carb Luxury (my fave): Low Carb Luxury: Recipes as well as a Recipe Forum here where people have posted their favourite recipes.

        I love that one, too. I have made so many of her recipes!

        1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
        what the rungs mean to me:
        rung 1 - more veggies
        rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
        rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
        rung 4 - berries, melon
        rung 5 - wine -
        rung 6 - beans, hummus
        rung 7 - other fruits
        rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
        rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
        Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
        (on to pre-maintenance)
