Chera, I felt like that a lot the first couple of weeks. I think it's just your body adjusting to a whole new way of fueling itself.
First, make sure you are eating all of the veggies you are supposed to be eating.
Another thing that will help are good supplements. I love the whole food mega vitamins, but any good quality multivitamin with minerals will probably make a difference.
Another thing that helped me was cutting out the caffeine, aspartame, and excess Splenda.
Following the book, do have the 2002 version.....................
Thought there would be a reason that is common knowledge for those that are way past the induction...... you know, if I'm making a mistake, please tell me so I don't do it again...... so to speak
Taking vitamins, (multi-vitamin, fish oil and potassium)
Felt this way maybe the first 2-3 days of induction....... I'm on day 15 and have felt GRRRRRRRRRREAT! UP until today....
So, I'll push the water and be a good girl and GO READ MY BOOK.....
