    Very Proud

    Well just got back from Va Beach visiting some friends and I did not cheat the whole time I was there ..... Even though they kept trying to tell me you are on vacation and you are allowed to eat what you want you can try it .... Well I stuck to my guns and I did not cheat at all .... Just had to share . Thanks for being here for me Rhonda

    Great Job!!! I know it's hard, especially when everyone else is eating all the sweets you used to be eating and loving. Remember though, in the long run it will pay off for you. You will feel so much better about yourself.
