Does anyone use Diet meds along with Atkins?

I have used Adipex and Myoden injections before and was just wondering if anyone ever used these along with Adkins dieting. I haven't as of yet and am in day 3 of the indjuction period. Whay are your thoughts on it??

If you follow the Atkins plan, drink plenty of water, and exercise you shouldn't have to take diet meds. It's been a long time since I've taken any diet drugs, but I remember that they made me feel weird or icky. I'd rather feel normal and not take anything.

Great job on the 5lb loss already! You only have 27 more to go and you can definitely do it without the diet drugs.

I agree with clogger. I used to be a diet pill junkie. This WOL is much better! Plus if done correctly it suppresses your appetite so there is no need for a pill.
