WOO HOO!!! The last legal tactic for stopping the class action lawsuit was removed with the dismissal of Heidi Diaz’s (AKA Kimmer) bankruptcy case.
How she could claim bankruptcy with her income exceeding her current spending was beyond me too.

This has been a very bad yr for legal cases involving Heidi Diaz.
first her SLAPP is dismissed when she fails to show up for court.
then the class action fraud suit against her and her kimkins.con website is certified
and now the dismissal of her bankrutcy case.

Sure hope this trend continues for Ms Diaz and Kimkins.con

For those of you who don't know, this lady started her own diet by using pictures of Russian Brides and inventing a horrible diet that was both low carb and no fat.
She doesn't take her own advise as she is still morbidly obese, but she is very willing to take your $60. and claim it works

And the scariest part was it was featured in Woman's World magazine. I can't imagine how many victims were lured in that way.

Scary considering how many 'amazing' diets and suppliments etc are touted at the magazine racks in magazines.

This one was really scary..low carb, low fat, extreme low cal and she encouraged laxitive use from what i read. I think people actually suffered from serious health issues because of 'kimkins'...
