It's only my 4th day on atkins and I've lost 4lbs, so... I haven't shrunk yet. But my good friend told me to come over this morning and she gave me TONS of clothes she didn't want.. some even new with a tag. And they are all extra larges or size 1s from Torrid.
I am just in shock, because literally I've been wearing the same 3 or 4 shirts over and over the last 2 years. And I only have 1 pair of jeans that fit me. My entire closet is size 5's and Smalls that I haven't been able to wear since I got pregnant. I just don't have the money to spare to buy bigger clothes!
My confidence is through the roof. Even though I want to lose weight it's amazing how much better you can feel about yourself in cute clothes.
It's even more motivation to lose weight..
I am so so grateful to have a friend like her.............. Still in shock!! Now I can shed the pounds on Atkins in STYLE!!
