where to buy large clothes?

DH has a very limited wardrobe right now.

He seems to keep losing the same 10 lbs. But that may be due to the stress he is feeling in relation to my health problems right now.

I am looking for a place where I can purchase some 3XL or even 4XL dress pants and shirts for him. Does anyone have any suggestions. I can't seem to find any near where I live. I will shop on-line if I need to. I am even open to good quality used clothes because we don't want him staying where he is right now.
