Why can't I play arcade games, it says I don't have privileges, anyone with the same problem?

Well its been over a year now and I am currently on maintenance and still trying to adjust to the "new" ME. No major struggles to report, just livin' day to day.

Yes, that is the reason. They have set it up so that one can only play if they're a supporting member.
