Began Atkins March 04 at 260lb, reduced to 203lb by April 07 and maintained.
Blood Pressure Mar 04 147/94 . Jun 04 121/74 . Dec 04 119/72 . Jan 06 126/71 . Dec 07 110/70
Atkins makes exercise mandatory - I took up cycling - see last pics at 203lb.

Fantastic photos, we get to see the aurora borealis where I live a lot of the time especially on clear winter or summer nights. Solar flare activity make it more visible/active.velcrocat aka Ladyjean aka Lana has returned to the fold. How far north have you got to go, Scotty. Are sightings reliable? I have always wanted to see them, but I thought you had to be north of the Arctic Circle.Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',

I see them up at my cottage in the summer too..they're spectacular.
LOL the Arctic Circle!? We're quite a ways from there!
Though sometimes in the winter you could be convinced you are near it.

In North West Highlands they're a regular sight. The Western Isles are a good spot. The Isle of Skye, John O Groats, Wester Ross Coastal etc.
Best time to view them at their most clear is end of September - end of March between 11pm - 4am
