Here is what seasoned ground beef in Taco Bell actually contains:

Beef, Water, Seasoning [Isolated Oat Product, Salt, Chili Pepper, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Oats, Soy Lecithin, Toasted Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Soybean Oil (Antidusting Agent), Black Pepper, Oregano, Cumin, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Caramel Color, Cocoa Powder (Processed With Alkali), Lactic Acid, Natural Flavors, Natural Smoke Flavor, Modified Corn Starch], Salt, Sodium Phosphate.

I count six carb additives. No way should low-carbers be eating this.

I clicked on the link for the clip and kept getting a coke add over and over.

My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

            1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
            2nd mini goal: 140!
            3rd mini goal:135!
            4th mini goal: 130!

I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

I heard the beef is dry then they put water on it to fluff it up- is that True ?

You're probably missing some plug-in on your computer. The link works for me...

Probably, I'm on an old glitchy machine. Soon my new computer will be ready. Thanks, but it was really cool to find out they put cocoa in their beef! heh

i can't watch it here at work (don't have flash, can't download)...
but I've ALWAYS called taco bell (even when i used to eat it, lol) TOXIC HE||!

beef should NOT have a list of ingredients other than one. cow.

same with subway though - I stopped eating their chicken after I realized it too had a list of ingredients and I THINK I saw "chicken" somewhere in the middle...
