I just read the English version of the first image and started laughing loud enough to draw the attention of my wife who is originally from Germany. She translated the German making us both laugh until we had tears in our eyes! The best part is, I can picture one of her uncles who lives in Heidelberg (Liemen to be exact) doing something like that.

Could you please post the translation? I don't understand the German part either. Is it different than what is written in English?
I bet it was some hungry PhD student spending his/her weekend at the office (wondering how I know this.... ). But seriously, given how popular sausages are in Germany, I'm surprised they didn't come up with sausage tea (yet!). I'm sure it would be a hit.
"Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."
Whoever used the teapot to cook their sausages: could you please use a pan for them? Otherwise the teapot stinks afterwards and makes the tea taste like sausages. And now the sausage fat floats on the water. Even after cleaning the pot, it tastes bad, and I can not use it again. Sausages and such do not belong in the teapot; it is only for water!
