Yesterday I cut open a perfectly ripe avocado.

I bought 3 limes the same day, to squirt on the other 1/2 (so it would not turn brown) that I would eat the next day. I cut all 3 limes open. And when I say there was not 1 drop of juice in them, I am not exaggerating!

NOT ONE DROP OF JUICE!

We are still drowning with rain/floods here in the Boston area. Some people's homes are in the middle of "lakes" now...not funny. It's not bad here on Cape Cod as the rain hasn't been as heavy, we have no rivers to overflow (although the ocean is beating up the coastline pretty bad), and the soil here is very sandy so I guess it sinks in better.

It was 18 degrees a few days ago; Easter Sunday is supposed to be close to 80.

Ah, I love Boston! Any place you walk to you run into history!! Pretty city too! Only problem is there is a Dunkin Doughnuts on every corner!!

Yes I was just hearing more on the news about the Northeast and was wondering how everyone was doing up there.

They are predicting close to 80 here, as well for Sunday.

This is how crazy Chicago Weather is....

.....And we have had 2 major snow in mid April that I can remember as an adult with 6-8" or more totals.

Had a fabulous week of sunny springlike weather. No time to post though, until today... and guess what? It's raining again now!
