I have been reading up on nutrition and idet in an attempt to greater understand myself and my actions.
I have been reading Gary Taubes Diet Delusion (UK title) which is interesting but quite heavy going - I was forewarned.
Has anyone heard of Metabolic Typing - the main book here seems to be by William Wolcott: The Metabolic Typing Diet
I have ordered it in at the library. I imagine all of us that do well on Atkins are 'protein' types. I am curious to read it though, and think knowing would will help be be clearer when I explain my choices to people and also in keeping myself on track.
Anyone ever done the test?
