I don't post there, just read. I find some of the other variants on Atkins and low carbing in general interesting.

I used to HATE food-talk but since I got on the low carb (and Atkins) bandwagon, I find the different variants and how they work endlessly fascinating. Between there and ADBB, I get my knowledge on!

LCF is a great place to read about those variants and get a little good-natured debate going on the subject.
