    You should be able to tell me what is wrong with this "food"
    Hint: we often get people on this board asking if it is OK on Atkins

    water, corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated coconut and palm kernel oil (CPKO), sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), natural and artificial flavor, xanthan and guar gums, polysorbate 60 (glycosperse), and beta carotene.
    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

    May Challenges 2010
    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km


    2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

      At first I thought it was an Atkins shake but I didn't see any soy. I vote for cool whip too. If it's not the correct answer, here's an article that might make newbies rethink cool whip.

        AND PALM KERNEL OILS), HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, LESS THAN 2% OF
        SODIUM CASEINATE (FROM MILK), NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, XANTHAN
        AND GUAR GUMS, POLYSORBATE 60, SORBITAN MONOSTEARATE, BETA CAROTENE
        (COLOR).

        Sugar Free Cool Whip:

        Ingredients: WATER, CORN SYRUP*, HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL (COCONUT
        AND PALM KERNEL OILS), LESS THAN 2% OF SODIUM CASEINATE (FROM MILK),
        NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, XANTHAN AND GUAR
        GUMS, POLYSORBATE 60, SORBITAN MONOSTEARATE, SODIUM POLYPHOSPHATES,
        ACESULFAME POTASSIUM AND ASPARTAME* (SWEETENERS), BETA CAROTENE
        (COLOR). *ADDS A TRIVIAL AMOUNT OF SUGAR. **PHENYLKETONURICS: CONTAINS
        PHENYLALANINE.

          What's "wrong" with the ingredients in Liv's "food" is the corn syrup, the HFCS, and then the hydrogenated coconut and palm kernel oil (CPKO).

          Those are my personal deal breakers.

          Cool Whip is a true frankenfood!

            I have never cared for Cool whip. Recently there has been those commercials where the waitress asks the woman would you like oil or cream on your pie? Eww the thought of oil on my pie just turns my stomach.

              Way to go Aprile = the very interesting Cool Whip that was.
              And yes J is it not interesting that their sugar free cool whip has corn syrup. People get so fooled by sugar free sometimes.

              To me cool whip an example that the world has gone weird. Why would people turn to a fake chemical product like this when there is real cream to be had.
