    This is a food item many people in our situation has probably tried,
    But perhaps we ought not have bothered given the ingredients?

    INGREDIENTS: SKIM MILK POWDER, SUGAR, WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, FRUCTOSE, DEXTROSE, CORN BRAN, SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE, SOY LECITHIN, SOYBEAN OIL, SWEET DAIRY WHEY, SILICON DIOXIDE, CARRAGEENAN, SALT, ARTIFICIAL FLAVOURS AND THE FOLLOWING VITAMINS AND MINERALS: MAGNESIUM OXIDE, SODIUM ASCORBATE, FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE, NIACINAMIDE, MANGANESE SULFATE, VITAMIN E ACETATE, ZINC OXIDE, COPPER CARBONATE, CALCIUM D-PANTOTHENATE, PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, VITAMIN A PALMITATE, FOLIC ACID, POTASSIUM IODIDE, BIOTIN, CHROMIUM CHLORIDE, SODIUM SELENITE.         I'm sorry. You will get a kick out of this. When I see your post I put my lap top on the island in the kitchen with the list up and go through my pantry or fridge to see if I have anything close in there. My husband still eats alot of junk food so chances are I have something similar in my house. If I can't find anything close I start running the ingredients in my head to see if they are close to a recipe I am familiar with.

        I love guessing games.

              Wow, I couldn't figure this one out. Haven't had Slimfast in years though. I remember having the cappuccino shake for breakfast and being ravenous all morning until breakfast.

              Last week grocery shopping I took a shortcut through the center aisles and there were all these slimfast bars (LOTS) and a few Atkins and EAS bars. I looked at the slimfast bar info and it has a ton of carbs and sugar. Those poor people trying to do that plan, they're starving and eating crap.
