I have no idea what it is, but I don't think I would use it.
One, the first ingredient is water and so I'd be paying for water with stuff.
Two, I don't do a "trivial amount" of fat. I want TONS OF FAT

I have such a hard time with these...I don't really have any chemical food in the house to compare it to. I guess that is a good thing but it means I stink at this game!

Diet Creamer or Milk Product? Maybe a low carb ice milk. Can't be coffeemate as that is non dairy. Hrmm will have to think on that.

It is not an ice cream but you're close. Like ice cream it is a dairy replacement product

Sugar Free Cream? I see it has sucralose so it doesn't have sugar.

No I have not. And now that I know the ingredients I am pretty sure I will not. I see that the lactose of the product is removed by ultrafiltration and the sweetness is added back with splenda and Ace P and I am not sure I like the thought of that. Ultrafiltration may also break down anything valuable in the product and just render it junk. I may be a lowcarber and want to avoid the lactose but this particular replacement product does not look worth it to me.

Wow, it's Calorie Countdown milk??? I don't remember all those ingredients even though it's been a while since I've had it now that I switched to Valio. Gee, I don't like that it has sweeteners in it. What the hello is up with that???

p.s. Valio's ingredients: Reduced fat milk, Lactase enzyme, Vitamin A palmitate, Vitamin D3 with 7g net carb per 8 oz. (I have a 6 oz. glass). I like it because it doesn't taste sweet like other milks and has lower carbs and pretty real ingredients.
