You guys and gals are a GREAT group of people. Granted I am a NewB but you all feel like family. We're going through the same stuff and have one goal in common: To get healthy!!!! Plus the before/after pics are a huge inspiration/motivator to someone like myself that looks at weight loss as being the impossible. I love you guys!!! Thank you!

Hear, hear! I agree completely with you, Lori. Here on the site we don't know each other in person. But you guys and gals spend your time and energy to help us newbies (and others) to become healthy. Who knows how many lifes you have saved! Many lifes have definitely improved. Thank you for all the help and inspiration!
