ok I know how to Internet but I do not know how to crop a dagum picture. Can someone do it for me or tell me how.

You can crop using Windows Picture Manager (if you have MS Office) or by using MS Paint. If you only want to resize there are plenty of free software programs available by doing a google search on 'thumbnail'.
