Ok so as I speeded into work today because I was caught daydreaming until the very last second......I flew past a trooper with someone pulled over and thought ...hmmmmm wonder if it would not be worth it to get one of these things.....I am going to check out that brand since I just got paid Friday!!!...thanks ....I have been stopped about a dozen times ...knock wood ...no ticket....maybe it is the scrubs?...but usually they look at me look at my license and then just let me go? go figure.....my son's are furious at me for that!!!... however I am sure my luck will run out ....one of these days...oh yeah it is illegal...sorry....

It's only illegal to speed if you get caught. I keep it at 10 miles over or below. Unless I'm on I-5 with a bunch of lunatics and have to either get away from them or keep up with the flow of traffic. So far I've been fortunate that I haven't been nabbed yet. The cops usually hide in the exact same places around here so it's pretty easy to know where you can get away with it and where to be extra careful. I had a radar detector a long time ago and really liked it. It would go off near automatic doors though, do they still do that?

Wow, let me see, we have driven about 1 million miles together and I never remember thinking about you as a speed demon. And if you are starting to get pulled over, it might mean that little sporty car of your is attracting attention, while the van looked innocent.
I got stopped speeding when I drove the Mazda but when they saw this little old lady behind the wheel, they usually just gave me a warning. I really think its more of what your driving....

                      Re: Radar detector

I have a St.Christopher medal clipped to my visor. Today when I went to the doctor I glanced up at him when I saw a Student Driver car...lol. I couldn't believe how fast traffic was moving today! It seems like when we have nice weather for awhile people turn into speed demons or something. 'Course they do that in the rain too.
