Oracle based program.......

I work off an oracle based program for one of the companies we service in my office.
All of the sudden, it is taking me an hour to load the program!!
I tried emptying the "jcache", reloading the program and it is still taking an hour +. Any ideas of a setting or something that I can change? Or why this would happen?

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
