DVD players...

:help Ok im so bad at stuff like this i'm not even sure if i can explain it--i have an execise video i want to watch, but the problem is -that it has the exercises that you can select from- and for some reason my romote is not letting me pick, it will play the whole thing but i dont want to have to watch the intro every time i do it, i wnant to be able to select which one i want to do like i had beofe-im not sure what i did or what buttons i pushed, any hlep from this lil bit of info i gave??? thanks

On my remote there is a 'menu' button. The menu allows me to view the 'chapters' of the DVD and just jump to the one I want. What is your DVD (brand and model) and what buttons are on the remote?
