  • Photo tips....

    This may be a slightly odd question but hey-ho - there's a lot of you out there, and you're bound to have great ideas:

    I am attending a Pole Jam photo-shoot on 8th August in which I will be photographed in various poses, upright and upside down [oh cruel, cruel gravity!] IN SHORTS.

    1) How would be best to optimise toning up and weight loss between now and then?
    2) Any other tips for preparations and for looking svelte and toned in piccies??? I always end up with eyes half-closed and several chins....
    Fifth time's a charm...?

    The chin thing can be overcome by lifting and jutting the chin slightly and rolling up your tongue inside your mouth. It sounds odd, but doesn't show up in the picture. Practice in front of a mirror until you can suck in the chin while still having a pleasant look on your face.
    People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
