If you use fitday.com, do you enter all your vitamin supplements in also? Do you just create a custom food for it?
I noticed that on my overview chart it showed that many of my vitamins were way below the daily recommended average, but I do take a multi and other supplements that are not reflected in that chart because I'm not quite sure how.
I think I just need to create a custom food for my vitamins, but I wanted to see if/how others had their's set up.
