easy place to learn to make weight counters

Where can I find a good place to learn to make these weight counters? Keep in mind Im not a super computer guru just a typical average internet user.

My attention span with computers are real short too :guns

I just wanna learn to make these things rather than to ask people to do it for me...a found a few sites for tubes and stuff but couldnt find anything on how to step 1 how to step 2 that sorta thing...

Since you mentioned tubes, I assume you are working with PaintShop Pro. This page has links to tutorials on animation with PSP, with a number of them dealing with animating text with a graphic. Some others will teach you how to add sparkles if you want them.

I got tubes from the thread of where to get tubes for the people here to make them for you...I haven't the foggiest what a "tube" is besides a cylindrical shape object usually hollow and open on the ends.
