I drink 5 or 6 cans a day. I guess that has been my biggest goof. I also have been using peanuts as a between meals snacks. I discovered that that also was a mistake. I need the most help with my sweet tooth. Anyone got any delicious "sweet" snacks? :icondance
The best way to defeat the sweet tooth is no sweet snacks, believe it or not. Every time I do re-induction I crave every carb in the world. A lot. Only time and not giving in to the cravings helps.

      Hey classy-

Set a goal to do everything you can do perfectly on Atkins, not to lose a certain amount in such a short time or you'll be frustrated when it does not happen- believe me on this one! Depite the fact that some people rev up and lose incredibly fast, for a lot of us it's an ounce-by-ounce battle every day. My goal is to lose 18 pounds by march 1st- if I don't I'll deal with it but you can't force your body to lose weight until it's ready. Seriously- despite the logical math that says you should be losing, you might not be anyway.

Post on the check my menu forum to see about what you're eating. Make sure you're taking your supplements and drinking your water and exercising. Also, try starting a fitday.com journal to track yoru food and more. Make sure the food you're eating is all induction-friendly and most of all, be patient with yourself. It's a long journey [/quote]

Hey there, thanks for the advice!! 2 weeks down and 10 lbs down...this is awsome...I did go up and down on the scaled almost cried, but same time every day I weigh in now and notice the difference...Scared to come off the induction phase though!!

I have done my atkins life so far on induction- i'm also kinda afraid to mess with success. quit weighing yourself every day- just do once a week or you'll make yourself crazy.
