Supposedly this stuff is distilled water with magnesium, calcium, and potassium added. Tasted the same as Dasani or Aquafina to me....which I normally don't like. The label doesn't say how much calcium, magnesium or potassium it has in it. If it had enough to make a real difference I would buy it and drink it more often. Can't seem to find out that information on a web search though.
