Thanks for sharing, Sherri. I saved it and gonna show me wife. She dont need to diet be claims she is "fat" and uses lots of diet foods, ingredients and the like. She cant do Atkin's though, wont be nuttin left of her to hold onto. LOL. God Bless, Joe
