Updating Ticker

Okay Iknow this has been asked a million times, but how do I update my ticker. I've lost weight...YEA!...and want to watch my butterfly fly towards 120!!

I checked in my siggy to see if their was the url or something that I change the numbers too, but it's just the pic...

Please help me! Thanks!

Choose weight loss ticker, enter your information, then copy and past the code into your signature here at ADBB. Save signature and it will be udpated.
