my pics are too big

i'd like to include my pics on my signature today but they are too big. every attempt I have made to resize them with the "picture it program" has been a failure.

My pics are on photo bucket.
can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

You can actually re-size in photobucket. If you select "edit" above the pic, it will take you to where you can resize it. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for your posted pic on the forum to get to the new smaller size.

If you have a Windows PC, though, and want to resize before you upload, it is easy to use Microsoft Paint (should be under accessories in your menu).

Thanks for your help Allie. I did try to reduce them in photobucket without success. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong but Perry is going to help me figure it out. Thank you!
