What is the 'reputation received' part? It has points or something too. Not sure what that is. Can someone clarify?

that is what other ADBBers that use that function think about your posts. they can't select the amount of points you get from them as the amount of points you can give is based on the number of points you have already received. to rep some one you click the little scale in the upper right side of the post and a window opens youcan write a note to go with it if you want.by the book atkinseer

They add to your rep power as you get certain numbers. Not sure where the cut off on each of them is that makes it go up to the next one point wise though. It's just a nice little feature, and a way to compliment people because you can put in remarks they can see in the CP. A personal little way to go!

you get more little green boxes and reputation is a factor in calculating rep power, that number in the right side of your posts above the green boxes.by the book atkinseer
