Easy guide to put up a picture?

Hi all,
New to the Forums and i am very confused on how to get my starting picture on here.
Is there an easy guide to follow im lost.

In my opinion the easiest way is:
you have to have a host, use www.photobucket.com
when you get your pics on there you will see that they provide you with a URL. When you are making your post you'll choose insert picture and copy the link photobucket gives you and paste it into the box that pops up. That should get it done for you.

My last question is when posting progress pics how do i post multiple pictures in the same Posting, It always seems to post over the first picture
