How do I post a comment

Hello, I have just found when I was editing my signature that there was an area that is called Latest Reputation and Comments. I had never seen this before, and was wondering how do I post these? Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

You dont post the comment. If someone gives you a "rep" they leave a comment with it.

To rep someone you just need to click on the old fashioned weighing scales next to the post number and the warning triangle on the top left of a post.
