Making the blinkies with weightlosses shown??

I was wondering if there is an easy way to make those flashy pictures that highlight numbers as you lose the weight? I have dreamweaver and the fireworks one that goes with it, but not sure what to do. But i really would love one.

I am really interested in learning how this is done, if anyone has the time to write it out for me or talk me through it.

I went through and finally found this one again! Hopefully they all still work, it's cheat free blinkies, weight loss blinkies and the like. Hope you can find something in here to use!

Hi Jasmin, thank you for the work you did, but that's not really what i am speaking about. I am talking about the individual ones some of them are betty boop, one has a light house and such and their are numbers usually 5 lncrements that as you lose weight the animation moves to show it.

I appreciate the help though.

another site had a how too with a freeware idea. As seen below, i finally figured it out.
