Photo help needed !

Ok ... I understand about downloading the pics in user cp .... but, when I have re-sized my picture it is so tiny that it can't be the size of the pictures that I have seen in the other posts ... I want to add the photo at the end of my posts - and have no idea how to do this ... very confused here !!

http://s128.photobucket.com/ go to that website, down load your pic, copy it from there and then paste. You and resize it to message board. Good Luck,
