My Access to Profiles and my Inbox is Gone

My access to profiles and my whole messaging area is gone. Can someone fix this for me.

P.S. I tried to PM a Mod, but it won't allow me to view their profile or send a PM.

Richt just opened access when I posted that I wanted to send a suggestion to Tom and I wasn't able to do PM.
