Avatar and Picture Frustration

I cannot for the life of me reduce the pixels in my pictures to post. I have uploaded them to Photobucket but the smallest I get is 60x99.
Any help at all on this would be appreciated. I know I have probably posted in the wrong forum, but my frustration is not allowing me to think straight....lol

i did what i could.
i see you changed your avatar and you got your pic in the siggy.
just in case you lose the bobby labonte avatar this is the url. remember to take out the * symbol when pasting it in the url box
