Could someone please tell me what the status under our name means? It says I'm an admirer. What does that mean? Also, the rep power? What is it? Thanks.

User ranks are assigned to members, based on their post count, that change
based on the user's post count and usergroup.

rep power has to do with how much "power" you have, or oompf if you will, when giving reputation to someone.

giving reputation can be done by clicking on the scale symbol. you would do give reputation to someone because you were impressed with a post they made, they did something great for you, the board or someone. it's a way of patting them on the back.

I was just looking around to find out the same thing! All a bit confusing when you join something new - everyone but you seems to know what they are doing - and yet we all have to ask the same questions to find our way!
