boards says 12.50 my computer clock says 13:51

if i changed it i'd get confused, its been like this for so long!!

And if my clock said either of those times I'd be confused, LOL!

My times are off as well and I believe my settings are right for PST w/ DLS

Well... the other day I saw someone's post time was wildly off. Can't remember which post or where it was, but I know it was off by several hours because the context made it clear when it was really posted.
