Looking for Ticker Help!?!

Does anyone know how to redo their ticker? I cannot get into my ticker page and when I try to log on I am told wrong name or wrong password. Dummy me forgot to print out a copy of my original set up, so where do I go from here? Anyone out there had this problem?

uh, that's from the adbb ticker site, right? is there a feature where the site will send you the username and/or password via email?
or
maybe you could create a new account and make sure you write down your info?

Ok I promise to make a copy of any help that is given to me.

I created a new ticker. I copied the BBCode...pasted it into my signature. I got a message that said "invalid code". What am I doing wrong?

Someone sent me a very detailed message last month about how to upload the ticker. It was great. I made a hard copy of it, and now I cannot find it. Help...this is making me crazy. Thanks!

i see the ticker just fine, suzette. have you figured this out? when doing a copy of the bbcode, make sure you are getting the whole code. they can be quite long.

Hi Jimmie. The ticker you see is my old ticker. I had to create a new ticker (lost my password) and now I can't put the new one in. I will try again with the code. Thank you for your help. I am a computer code idiot!

suzette, is this the ticker you were wanting or is this the old one?
if it is, i simply did a copy paste of the PseudoHTML, UBBCode™ or BBCode

the code for this one is

[*url=http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/ticker/][*img]http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/ticker/tickers/08zgu7v3orbhjxdy.png[*/img][*/url]

take out the * symbols when pasting, don't leave any blanks
