So I played around a little... If you want to find "most" posts, except the ones coming from other boards, go to Search --> Advanced Search and look for "atkins". You will miss most technical questions and most (exercise) challenges, but the word appears in almost all other threads.

The posts from the rss feeds should not appear in the searches nor in the new posts ... it does still appear in the unanswered posts link but I am working on that one also. Please PM me if this is not working 100% correctly
