    If you click on the scales at the top of someone's post you can leave "rep" points. That's a sign of your approval... like a pat on the back. Can be for something helpful, funny, a tip, a success story... whatever you like. You can rep someone and then you have to spread your reps around others a bit, before you can rep that same person again. This avoids people giving one person loads and loads of rep points all at once.

    I've repped you, to illustrate. If you go to your User CP page, it'll show the rep comment.
