    how do i keep up with my threads

    how do i check my threads to see if there are any responses, is there a quick way to see the things i have started, and areas I may have commented on? thanks everyone, I'm loving this page but still getting use to it

    If you go to "User CP" above, you should see the topics you're subscribed to.

    OR you can go to "Search" ... there's a choice for "My Posts".

            ok, How do I make sure I'm putting it in the right forum, I just clicked up top on post a thread. Is there then an option to choose a forum?

              TO be advised a reply has been made to a thread you have posted on:

              ----->Go to----

              "Edit Options"---->Messaging & Notification--->Default Thread Subscription Mode----> choose "instant email notification" in the drop down.

              You will be notified by email when a thread you have started or posted to is replied to.

              If you wish to stop getting email about a specific thread, go to your "subscribed threads" and delete those specific threads

                If you go to the forums page (here: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/) you will see the list of forums. It should look something like this:



                Click on the forum where you want to post and then select "New Thread" there.

                But don't worry if you post in the "wrong" forum. One of the mods will move it if she considers it necessary.
