You have to select an avatar. Save a picture on your desktop and then attach it under custom avatar. If you are already doing this and it's still not working, your picture is too big. (File Size) If that's the case, you will have to open up paint under accessories and resize it and save it under a different name on your desktop.sigpic

click on User CP in the upper left, look down the left column for avatar - you should be able to add it there.
