I searched around and found this explanation for both rep points and rep power, but still not sure I understand the purpose of rep power.
Is it a multiplier of the rep points one has or does it affect the amount of rep points one gives when "repping" another member?
If the latter is true, how does it show for the recipient? If someone with a rep power of 1 gives me a rep point do I get less rep than if a person with a rep power of 10 reps me?
And how does one go about boosting their rep power? Is it based on how often you give rep points? How often you receive them? How often you post? How often you have been a member? A supporting member?
Am I over thinking this whole thing? So confusing.
