hello all i am now on the atkins way of life i have had some success ive lost 29 lbs i am on rung 9 of owl the thing is i found my ccll and im at 45gs of carbs im thinking of starting south beach to see if i can start lossing agin i went back to induction and havent lost anything in 2 weeks but it looks like south beach has alot more carbs in it if i start south beach should i start from the benning thanks
