These graduates went through 14+ days of strict Atkins by the book Induction and have emerged on the other side ready to take on whatever Christmas or Holiday temptations that confront them. This was by far one of toughest Boot Camps yet during one of the trying times of the year with numerous holiday parties and treats to resist. In the past, we might not have attempted a Boot Camp at this time, but these recruits, now grads, proved that thinking wrong each and every day they completed their assignments.
